We are at your disposal to let You forget about uncomfortable moves, crowded and noisy restaurants and lines and let you fully appreciate the taste of the menu chosen by Yourself, prepared in Your kitchen and directly served in your lavishly table and let You free to enjoy the meal.

As Your personal chefs we will let you fully share either an important lunch or dinner with your guests.

You do not have to be worried about anything as we will take care of proposing the right menu, the grocery shopping, cooking and serving all the dishes.
All the courses will be entirely cooked and plated in Your kitchen, every little thing prepared with attention to the smallest detail in order that the lunch or the dinner result a unique event to be remembered and maybe to be soon repeated.

Workshops

Our workshops are recommended both for beginners and for experts.

Their aim is to fully introduce You in the charming world of quality ingredients and raw materials and supply You with all the essential knowledge and all the suitable tools to combine flavors and convert them in successful dishes well-done presented. You will find together with us the pleasure of a simple and refined Italian cuisine that is also friendly and does not require sophisticated tools and absurd ingredients but passion and enthusiasm.

Chef Alessandro Reina

Chef Alessandro comes from San Giovanni Gemini, a little town located in the center of Sicily. He graduated in Computer Science Engineering at the University of Palermo. Alessandro started cooking when he was at the university since it had been impossible before when he lived with his mamma! Since then he found his passion for cooking and eating.

Alessandro thinks food is an art form that plays with all the senses. The first sense that comes into contact with is the sight. That is why plating and food presentation are really important. People eat first with their eyes and then with their mouth. Visual impressions and expectation are a fundamental component of taste. Of course, these must be completed with an exceptional savor to satisfy the palate as well. Ingredients must be fresh and high quality. What he enjoys the most is to combine Polish and Italian ingredients to create new plates. Alessandro is very inventive when he cooks. Kitchen is like a lab where he pours out his creativity.

Chef Stefano Roma

Chef Stefano Roma comes from Albano Laziale, a city placed in the heart of Roma’s hills where good wine and delicious food exists from ancient times. Traditional Italian food is the base of his kitchen, although passion for discovering new tastes very often lead to the creation of a traditional Italian dish in a new issue.

According to him the basis of good dish are fresh and high quality ingredients that he uses. “If Carbonara, only with Pecorino Romano DOP cheese, if pizza only with true Mozzarella.” Stefano says that a good chef is a person who is able to select a few of the best available products properly and prepare an excellent tasting and good composed dish out of them. “I’m a very lucky person, especially as a chef, that I was born in the country with a wide range of fresh food, various tastes and aromas, in which simplicity of dishes allows to appreciate the taste of every ingredient. “There is nothing better than a good piece of parmesan with a drop of Aceto Balsamico from Modena on top of it.”
